We are thrilled to announce that Women in Defense Liberty Chapter has proudly sponsored the 19th Annual Greater Philadelphia SeaPerch Challenge, co-hosted by Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division and Temple University! A huge congratulations to all the winners and participants in this exciting event that showcases the potential of our future STEM leaders.
SeaPerch is an innovative underwater robotics program that inspires and educates students on the importance of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Students learn to build an underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) while honing their teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. The 19th Annual Greater Philadelphia SeaPerch Challenge saw teams from middle school and high school compete in various underwater missions, showcasing their creativity, innovation, and determination. 🌊🤖
